Unused company docs? AI programs pay to license them.
If your company has 30+ employees and well-kept SOPs, internal docs, knowledge bases or CRM records, licensing them for AI training could add a revenue stream.
See if your company fits. Four questions, about a minute.
- Your company keeps ownership. The AI programs we refer to license data, they do not buy it.
- You apply to and sign with the program directly.
- Free to check. We never charge companies.
Questions owners ask
Am I selling my data?
No. The AI programs we refer to license data. Your company keeps ownership, and the license terms are agreed directly between you and the program.
What does my company actually hand over?
Nothing at the fit check, and nothing to us: we never receive or handle your company's documents. If the program sees a potential fit, it asks for more information and holds a discovery call about your data and privacy requirements. What you share is agreed with the program in writing before any data moves. The program says it looks for operational material such as SOPs, knowledge bases, internal docs, CRM data, project histories and QA processes, and that you can review representative samples before anything is used.
What about customer confidentiality and NDAs?
That is yours to check before you sign anything. Customer and supplier contracts, NDAs and privacy laws can limit what your company may license, and removing names does not by itself lift a confidentiality clause. The program says the approved data scope, redaction rules and your internal approvals are set before you take part, so restricted material can be left out. We are not a law firm. Have your counsel review your contracts and the program's agreement.
Is the estimate a quote?
No. It is an indicative range based on the programs' public figures and your answers. Only the program can make an offer, and it decides acceptance, scope and price.
What happens to personal information?
The programs describe anonymization that strips names, phone numbers, emails and other identifiers before data is used, with samples you can review.
How long does it take?
The fit check takes about a minute. After you apply, the program runs its own steps: it reviews your application, holds a discovery call if you look like a fit, then finalizes an agreement. It does not publish timelines for these steps and we cannot promise one, so ask about timing on the discovery call.
Who is AI Input and how are you paid?
AI Input is an independent referral service. We are independent of the AI programs we refer to and do not work for them. If you apply through our referral link, the program may pay us a referral fee under its own terms, separate from any company payout. We do not charge companies.
